As a young Muslim girl transforms into the early stages of womanhood, her transformation into accountability for her actions will begin too. Our workshop will help girls understand & navigate through these changes & responsibilities, from an Islamic perspective taking into consideration the complex world we live in & the challenges teenage girls face.

- Definition of puberty
- Puberty in Islam
- Biological and hormonal changes in puberty
- Physical changes in puberty
- Psychological changes in puberty
- Health issues surrounding puberty
- Fiqh surrounding puberty
