As part of the terms and conditions, Creative Kids vouchers are not refundable.

Alfirdaus College will review the refund request in a fair and just manner and will contact you within 2 weeks of submission.

Refunds are provided in exceptional circumstances only and can take up to 2-4 weeks for approval. Our refund process is very administrative and a ‘Refund Processing Fee’ of $25 may apply to all approved refunds.
