Quran Memorisation

Our program offers the opportunity for students to start memorising the Quran from an early age. Our Quran memorisation program includes a strong focus on the correct recitation of the Quran, not only its memorisation. Basic interpretation/s of the verses, pages or chapters being memorised are discussed to aid in their memorisation.

Students memorise in order Chapter 30, 29 and 28 then Surah Al Baqara before proceeding to memorise the remainder of the Quran. Previously memorised chapters are revisited regularly and new verses, pages or chapters are introduced concurrently.

Students are individually assessed and a customised study plan is developed based on their age, recitation knowledge and learning ability. Our organised study structure and small class sizes enable our highly learned teachers to regularly review each student’s progress.

No previous knowledge is necessary to join the program. Beginners’ classes focus on memorisation through listening. Students with knowledge of the recitation principles focus on the memorisation of the Quran through reading.

Quran memorisation is a long term commitment (minimum one (1) year) and is dependent on the students ability to memorise and revise at home. The aim of the program is to create a strong connection and love for the Quran through its memorisation.
