Our workshop will help girls understand & navigate through these changes & responsibilities, from an Islamic perspective taking into consideration the complex world we live in & the challenges teenage girls face.
Topics include:

- Biological, physical, psychological & hormonal changes
- Purification during and after menses (Ghusl)
- Health & lifestyle impacts
- Islamic perspectives on puberty
