Our workshop will help girls understand & navigate through these changes & responsibilities, from an Islamic perspective taking into consideration the complex world we live in & the challenges teenage girls face.

  • Purification during and after menses (Ghusl)
  • Health & lifestyle impacts
  • Islamic perspectives on puberty
