Foundations of the Knowledge of Usul

We are pleased to welcome sisters to our upcoming course, Foundations of the Knowledge of Usul, beginning next week, in shā’ Allāh.

This course is designed to build a strong and essential foundation in Usūl al-Fiqh (Islamic legal principles), equipping students with the tools to better understand how rulings are derived within Islamic law.

Throughout the term, we will be studying “Foundations of the Knowledge of Usul” by Shaykh Ibn ʿUthaymīn رحمه الله تعالى, a text known for its clarity and accessibility, making it ideal for students seeking a structured and easy-to-follow introduction to this important field.
