Paint & Sip: My Heart, My Mind

Join us for a meaningful afternoon of creativity, connection, and reflection at our Paint & Sip Workshop for girls aged 12–17 years.

Did you know that what is in your heart often finds its way into what you create? Through guided painting activities and engaging discussions, participants will explore important topics such as mental health, self-worth, emotional wellbeing, and building a positive mindset.

No artistic experience is required—just bring yourself and an open mind. Enjoy delicious mocktails and refreshments while learning practical tools to manage emotions, navigate challenges, and strengthen your confidence in a supportive environment.

Participants will leave feeling inspired, connected, and equipped with valuable insights to support their personal growth and wellbeing.
