Dear Parents and Guardians,

I hope this message finds you and your families well. I am writing to provide a brief update on the situation at Alfirdaus Blacktown centre.

Due to recent changes in Blacktown council guidelines regarding building compliance, the premises was deemed non-compliant. This matter was beyond our control, and we were instructed to vacate immediately without prior notice until the owners complete the required updates. At this stage, no confirmed timeframe has been provided, however the owners have advised that the issue is expected to be resolved by the end of this year.

Please be assured that these compliance matters have never affected the safety of our students, parents, or staff. As you are aware, we have temporarily relocated to Quakers Hill Masjid, and we sincerely appreciate your flexibility and support during this time.

I want to express my sincere apologies for the disruption this has caused. I know how difficult sudden changes can be for families, especially when it affects the day to day routine of your children. Your patience, understanding and cooperation throughout this period are truly valued.

We are also aware that these interruptions have resulted in missed classes. We are exploring suitable ways to make up for this time, whether through additional sessions or other practical solutions. We will provide further details once plans are confirmed Insha’Allah.

Despite the challenges, it remains a true privilege to teach your children and support them on their journey of Quranic and Islamic learning. Their safety and wellbeing are always our highest priority, and we are fully committed to ensuring their learning continues in a safe, caring, and nurturing environment.

Thank you once again for your trust and support. We will continue to keep you informed, and we look forward to welcoming our students back as soon as the required work is completed Insha’Allah.
