Terms and Conditions

By engaging in the Alfirdaus Road Trips, I understand Alfirdaus staff and volunteers will exert all effort to prevent injury however, I understand there are risks involved and I agree to the following terms and conditions:

  • I acknowledge that travel in general has inherent risks. My son's participation in the Road Trips is purely voluntary and I elect for my son to participate despite the risks, including but not limited to, car accidents, and transportation issues.
  • I waive, release, and discharge Alfirdaus and its staff and volunteers from any liability resulting from my son's participation in the Road Trips.
  • I agree to take full responsibility for my son's actions, safety, and welfare. I also understand that my son will be a member of a group and will conduct themselves in a way that will not endanger the group or themselves.
  • I certify that my son has no medical, mental, or physical conditions which could interfere with their safety or ability to participate in the Road Trips. Should my son's trip be interrupted or cancelled due to injury, illness, inability or other personal reason/s, I will cover any and all additional costs and will not expect any refund or reimbursement from Alfirdaus.
  • I acknowledge that food preparation is an integral part of the Road Trips and that my son will share meals in a group setting and there may be limited selections. I acknowledge my responsibility to inform Alfirdaus of any specific food-related allergies my son has.
  • If my son suffers an injury or illness during the trip, and Alfirdaus deems it necessary to administer emergency first aid or to seek emergency medical care, I give permission for Alfirdaus to administer care; secure emergency transportation; or disclose medical information about me to care providers as needed.
  • I understand that Alfirdaus reserves the right to take photographic and video records of the trip my son is participating in, and that such records may be used for promotional or commercial purposes.
